Studied: Chelsea and Falmouth Schools of Arts, receiving a 1st Class honours degree and The Royal Academy School Schools under tutors including Roderic Barrett, winning the Gold Medal for painting.

Exhibited: in UK, Basil, Milan, Bologna and New York.

Collections: The Royal Academy of Arts, London; The Metropolitan Museum, New York.

Private collections: America, South Africa, Europe Championed by John Berger, Brian Sewell, Edward Lucy Smith and Andrew Lambirth, he created a reputation as one of the leading figurative artists of his generation.
Represented by Agnew’s, London with five solo exhibitions.

Andrew Gadd

Andrew Gadd studied at Chelsea and Falmouth School of arts, receiving a 1st Class Honours degree before going onto the The Royal Academy Schools and winning The Gold medal for painting.

After leaving college he was represented by Agnews Gallery, 43 Old Bond Street. He made five solo shows with them between 1995 and 2010 and created a reputation as one of the leading figurative artists of his generation.

Gadd's work has been championed by many of the leading art critics, John Berger, Brian Sewell, Edward Lucy Smith and Andrew Lambirth.

Gadds work has been exhibited in Galleries in Basil, Milan, Bologna and New York and has paintings in private collections across America, South Africa and throughout Europe. His paintings can been seen in the permanent collections of the Royal Academy of Arts London and The Metropolitan Museum New York.
